Helping us get through it all...

I'm posting this for a friend - he is a Bon Jovi fan and has Neurofibromatosis ("NF"), a genetic disorder that causes nerve tumors and various complications. The band's music, as it does for many of us, has helped him get through the struggles and challenges he faces with the disorder.

This is a video he created to spread awareness and educate others about Neurofibromatosis - and, naturally, it is set to a Bon Jovi soundtrack: We Weren't Born To Follow.

Just a little end-of-weekend treat - when I was creating the new header for this site, I found that my copy of that promo photo was nearly 5000x5000 pixels! (AKA, deliciously huge.) Zooming in to real size on the guys' faces was soooo appealing, I just had to create close-ups of each of them (except Tico, because he's kind of behind Jon in the photo - poor Tico).
