Jon Bon Jovi want to be an NFL owner

Rocker Jon Bon Jovi wants to make it clear. He does aspire to be an NFL team owner. There is possibility that Jon Bon Jovi could buy 15 percent of the team.

Bon Jovi said in a statement Tuesday. The Falcons organization isn't ready to talk about it either, a spokesman told the AJC Sunday.

"Since helping to establish the Philadelphia Soul Arena Football team -- from its inception through our 2008 championship season -- I have always made clear my desire to someday enter the NFL," Bon Jovi said through spokeswoman Tiffany Shipp.

Bon Jovi was the owner of the Philadelphia Soul of the Arena Football League from 2004-2009 so this would not be his first venture into team ownership.
